Catfish meat is tender and delicious, when I was in Taiwan, some times the farmer sold to my mother when they cought in the rice field or the small brook in the wild.
You can cook with chinese herbs and add some rice wine; that is good for winter time.
It will keep you warm and against the cold or flu.
Also in Thai food, there is one dish called Deep Fried Catfish, for the people love spicy food that is a bomb.
This is cheap fish for poor people.

Catfish (order Siluriformes) are a very diverse group of bony fish. Named for their
